Make Tiny Changes Month 2024

The ripple effect starts with you.

Whether you want to make a change yourself, spread the word, donate or fundraise, together we can each start our own ripple effect…

We’re very excited to announce Make Tiny Changes Month 2024, taking place in June. We’re asking you, our incredible supporters, to start a ripple of your own and help us beat last year’s amazing fundraising total. Thanks to our wonderful community, who took on a variety of challenges and made donations from across the world, we raised over £35,000 during Make Tiny Changes Month last year.

June 2024

Join in from anywhere in the world, and choose a tiny change that will make you feel good. One tiny change or a month-long challenge, it can be tough, chilled, active, creative, or meditative – you name it!

You could…

• Take on a 30 day fundraising challenge as a group or on your own

• Take on a 30 day fundraising challenge with your colleagues and ask your employer to match fund

• Donate and make tiny changes to help your mind feel better that month

There will also be lots more to get involved in across MTCM, including a special auction and raffle, exclusive new products to buy, and much more…
