TRUSTEES (Voluntary)

At Tiny Changes, we’re preparing to strengthen our Board with new voluntary trustee appointments, one of the trustees will ideally become our Secretary. As part of the Board of trustees, you will be responsible for the overall control and governance of the organisation. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and make sure the charity maximises its impact.

Trustees are able to serve for a maximum of 3 terms (a term is 3 years). There are currently 4 Trustee Board meetings a year in different locations in Scotland, and conversations in between on emails and WhatsApp. You must be committed to preparing for and attending Board meetings, including reading Board papers.

There will also be opportunities for Trustees to attend Tiny Changes events or projects throughout each year.

VOLUNTEERS

We have a variety of volunteering opportunities throughout the year, these are almost always based in Scotland and are focused on fundraising events that involve taking donations and talking to members of the public about the work we do. We give full training for these roles and you’ll always be part of a wider team of fundraiser, so no previous experience is necessary!

If you’re interested in volunteering for us, please get in touch via our contact form in the menu above.

If you’re a young person (aged 30 or under) based in Scotland and are interested in working with Tiny Changes, we have further opportunities to get involved in our work and we would love to hear from you!
