Scottish superstar Lewis Capaldi took TRNSMT festival by storm in July. After months of back and forth between Lewis and Noel Gallagher, where Noel suggested he looked like something out of Star Wars, Lewis came to the stage wearing a Chebacca mask to perform his set.

Capaldi handed the mask back to the festival staff after with it signed. The DF concerts staff took the intitiative to auction it on eBay and donate all proceeds to the Tiny Changes foundation. The listing ended at £7,400 however the private bidder failed to follow through with the purchase. However thanks to Paolo Nutini, the singer stepped in and purchased the mask for £10,000.

A message from Scott’s family: Once again we’ve been overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone who has gone above and beyond to make this happen. We’d like to thank DF concerts, Paolo Nutini and his team and of course Lewis Capaldi and his face. We hope you can all be a part of this wonderfully weird little story and get your name in the pot to win this mask. Many tiny changes can start the movement for massive changes.
