As part of Suicide Prevention Week I was invited to give a talk at ‘Midlothian Lives Matter’ event, which took the form of a ‘Wellbeing Football Tournament’, held at the ground of Bonnyrigg Rose FC. The event was co-organised by Phil from the Orchard Centre in Bonnyrigg and Trish from the Football Club and was testament to all the amazing work that is being done to help people live their lives alongside difficulties and face up to challenges – it was truly inspirational. The sun was shining and I had the honour of presenting the Trophy to the winning team. Thank you so much to Phil , Trish and everyone involved in the event for the very generous donation to Tiny Changes.
