Team Tiny at Glasgow Kiltwalk 2025

Just keep going...

At the end of April 2025 a Tiny Changes staff team and some of our amazing community members completed the Glasgow Kiltwalk. The Kiltwalk is Scotland’s largest mass participation walking event with over 178,000 people taking part since 2016. In that time, nearly £50 million has been raised for more than 3750 charities!

Last year, over 32,000 people took part across its four cities of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen. We had two teams taking part in the Glasgow 2025 event, one team who completed The Big Stroll, a 14 mile walk from Clydebank to Balloch, while our second team went a but further, walking over 23 miles across the whole of Glasgow city centre, then on to Balloch.

Despite the recent good weather, it was a cloudy and sometimes rainy day on the Sunday, but both teams kept putting one foot in front of the other and successfully made it around the course, finishing with heavy legs but warm hearts on the shores of Loch Lomond where there was plenty of entertainment and hot food to greet us at the finish line!

Over £5,000 raised at the Kiltwalk

Together, the two Tiny Changes teams and 7 other tiny change makers who were walking on our behalf raised over £5,000 to help young minds feel better!

You can still donate to celebrate the kiltwalkers now they’ve crossed the finish line, or if you would like more information on taking part in either the Dundee or Edinburgh event (we can’t recommend it enough!), you can find out lots more over on the Kiltwalk website here.

A huge well done to everyone involved and a massive thank you anyone who made a donation or cheered us on from afar!
