The support and generosity of so many people in Scotland and around the world makes everything we do possible, and for that we are incredibly grateful. A huge thank you to every one of you enabling the work we do to support change in young people’s mental health – we will never take that for granted. Every donation makes a difference no matter how tiny.
Our pilot grants programme, the Make Tiny Changes Fund, will provide money to support projects in the Scottish Borders with up to £5000. Using our powerful community, we aim to share and celebrate all projects to raise awareness and continue our learning. In future we will open this fund up to ideas across Scotland.
To keep up-to-date on all things Tiny Changes we will be sending out a newsletter with updates on events, ideas, stories, and opportunities to get involved. Sign up below to see what tiny changes we are making and how you can help.
More importantly, we want to hear from you, especially if you are a young person. Tell us your story, what you think needs to change or what you want to see happen, we want to hear it all.
The media plays an important part in helping promote a positive conversation on mental health in Scotland and we are here to be a part of that. Using research and storytelling we can inspire change that helps young people lead the conversation based on shared experience. If you have any press enquiries or wish to talk to us about opportunities for stories on mental health in Scotland please let us know.
